Hello 201 and 202 Families,
Wow! What a week it has been. We are exercising our brains and getting in tip-top shape. I am truly enjoying getting to know your children. Thanks for all of your hard work at home, for signing agendas, filling out forms, and for getting your kids up and to school on time!
This weekend at home...
- Read the first Journeys story, Because of Winn Dixie,
- Do the vocabulary warm up found on the study guide.
- Finish the final draft of the "I" noun poem. Students will be given time to get this done in class this afternoon.
- Owls are due this Monday. Please read the directions with your child.
- Go Math 1.2 for Ms. Hicks
- Forms! Please return a signed lunch form, emergency form, and medical.
GTK
- Students do not have access to Think Central at this time. Please bring Journeys back to school on Monday!
- It is o.k. to read the story with your child!
- We will take our first Reading, Spelling and Vocabulary test on Friday.
- I will return the study guide to students on Monday, after I check in the vocabulary activity.
