Report Card Sign Up Genius Update

Well, the site is called Sign Up Genius, but this "genius" teacher is modeling that "mistakes happen."
I have just sent a message to each parent who has signed up for a conference via the Sign Up Genius Link. I will copy that message below.  If you have not signed up, please do!

I have just checked the Sign Up and notice that there are still some conflicts. There are several spots that are still double or triple booked. I will honor the appointment for the first name in each time slot. This is confusing, I know.
