Ready, Set, Sharpen!

Sharpen those pencils. Tomorrow is the first day of school!

I know that many of you are not quite ready for the summer break to end. I also know that meeting a new teacher and new classmates can be nerve-wracking. Maybe knowing what to expect on Day 1 might be helpful.
Tomorrow in 201 we will....

• unpack!
• go to Art with Ms. Moreno, our new Art teacher.
• read a story and talk about "First Day Emojis."
• play some "ice breaker" games.
• talk about and practice 201 "Guidelines" and routines.
• learn about what makes you, 100% YOU!
• eat lunch at 12:30 and go to recess.
• learn names, talk about the upcoming school year.
• learn about our first project.
