What's the Diameter Wednesday

Hello Team 201 Families!  Today we were back in the Science Lab.  Finally!  We tested how distance impacts the diameter and depth of craters.  We used marbles, sand and meter sticks. It was kind of tricky to measure the depth, so we relied on our powers of observation.  We will finish graphing our results tomorrow.

Today we also.....

  • completed the GCF and LCM work in our Conversation Hearts Math.
  • discussed last night's Earth Moon and Sun homework. We talked more about Seasons and Night and Day.
  • took the Chapter 7 Math test. The average grade grade is 88%!
  • created some Mythology Trading Cards.
  • completed two "exit tickets" on Google Classroom.
  • went to Library.
  • received the Chapter 8 Math Book.
Enjoy this episode of Bill Nye the Science Guy!
