It's a beautiful day out there, Team201, and it's providing us with a sweet taste of the lazy days of summer that will soon be upon us! Tomorrow is out last day together. I won't tell you any tall tales! I
am excited about summer vacation too! But the honest truth is that I will be sad to see the members of Team201 walk out of the pod tomorrow. It has been an absolute pleasure to work and learn with the amazing individuals that composed our fantastic team. Each one of you has taught me something new this year, and you've all reminded me how much I love teaching! Thank you Team201!
Tomorrow we will.....
- finish our 4th Grade Memory Books and collect autographs.
- write letters of advice to the new Ginn Crew. You had better warn them that freeze means freeze!
- watch Family Matters, our CAC unit DVD.
- play some board games. Bring some in to share!
- hand out some well-earned, end-of-the-year-awards.
Please bring in a small back pack. You will also need a writing utensil. I can't wait to see you all in the morning!

ReplyDeleteI am sorry that it has taken me so long to get back to you. Thank you so much for writing! I hope that you had a great trip to NJ. How lucky you are! We have been traveling so much this summer and have had adventures-a-plenty. Thanks for your feed back on the new background. I am trying to find a template that I like, and it is not easy!
Have you been reading this summer? I just read one of Georgia's books called Liars and Spies. I am not sure how to underline the title, so please excuse my error. I really liked this book, and have read all of this author's other books too. You should check them out. Her name is Rebecca Stead. She is a fantastic writer and I think that you will enjoy her work.

I have been reading a lot, I have been trying to go to the library more often but I have a lot of stuff going on, I am on my swimming team now! I also can't wait until school. I will miss seeing you at school too!!
ReplyDeleteHi Mrs. Ginn I just finished swim team last month and we got 3rd place. Also I'm in Mrs. Gottlieb's class and its awesome! I'm now in 2nd gifted. It's all because of you, my therapy, my parents and all my friends who made this happen. So I wanna thank you all.
