It was another great day in 201. 100% of the students came in with homework finished and bucket fillers ready to share. Bravo! Parents, thank you so much for filling out all of those forms, including my survey. I know what a chore this can be! If you could not get to it yesterday, please send them in as soon as possible!
Today we....
- expressed ourselves "by the numbers." Did you know that Victor has more than 97 hits? Now you do!
- dove in to Go Math. Did you know that each place value position is ten times the position to the right? Now you do!
- went to Gym, again!
- completed a Reading Interest- A- Lyzer survey.
- began our read aloud: Wonder.
- discussed the Owl Project. It is due Friday, September 16.
This evening at home...
- complete the Go Math homework and practice page for lesson 1.1. It is double sided. Students should bring the entire book home to support them during homework.
- read for 20 minutes or longer.
- get that Gold Card signed.
- show your parents the Owl Project and make a game plan. It is due on September 16, but you may bring it in earlier.
Tomorrow we will take our first multiplication quiz! Do you know your 2 facts? Practice this evening!
